We’re celebrating Women’s & Girls’ Week – Strong at Every Stage, at Leisure Focus: 2nd - 8th March 2026

No matter your age, ability or experience level, this is about feeling good, building confidence and moving without judgement.

During the campaign, we’ll be running dedicated sessions designed to create a welcoming and supportive space for women to try something new or get back into being active.

Celebrating International Women’s Day – 8th March

Our activities will also mark International Women’s Day, celebrating the strength, achievements and empowerment of women in our community. Join us as we move together and inspire one another.
