LF Health centres are based in Windsor at the Windsor Club, Windsor Leisure Centre and in Maidenhead at Braywick Leisure Centre.
The team is dedicated to improving the health of all our clients. Specialising in a range of health matters including weight management, stress management, mental health, blood pressure, diabetes, muscular and joint pain through to Parkinson's, Cancer and Cardiac rehabilitation sessions. We have an extensive network of support services and practitioners on hand to help and guide your health improvement.
