Frequently Asked Questions
⏱ How long does the induction last?
Around 30-40 minutes.🎟 Is there a charge for the wristband?
Wristbands are £4.99 each.
👨👩👧 Do parents need to be present during the induction?
Inductions are supervised by a Fitness Instructor, so parents don’t need to attend. However, the Junior will require their own email address to sign on to the equipment.
Can the Junior come at any time? We have supervised sessions where parents are not required; these times are between Monday - Friday 15:30 - 17:00, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 11:30 and 15:00 - 16:30
Outside of supervised times, juniors must be accompanied by an adult.

Bookings
Bookings can be made from 6.00am on the set number of days before a session depending on a members membership type (see below).
6.00am is set to be in line with the opening times of our larger leisure centres. Therefore someone walking in at 6.00am would have the same opportunity to book over the desk as someone online. Bookings can be made up to the start of the session.

Cancellation Policy
As of Monday 22nd January 2024, we are making the following changes to the cancellation notice:
Classes before 9 am require a 10-hour cancellation notice period
Classes at or after 9 am require a 4-hour cancellation notice period.
Any cancellation or non attendance after that would be a classed as a no show.
As of the 1st June 2022 there will be a £4 charge for those non attended.
Sign in
You MUST sign in to the class with the either the class check in tablets located close to the studio, or if your centre doesn't have this, please sign in at reception otherwise you will be shown as non attended.
Waiting List
We currently do not operate a waiting list, if a space becomes available it will be offered out on our app/website on a first come first serve basis.
