Zumba combines Latin and International music with dance. Routines incorporate interval training which alternate fast and slow rhythms to help improve the cardio-vascular fitness.

Pilates emphasises on correct postural alignment, core strength and muscular balance. The class is low-impact and focuses on flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.

Our 'Baby and Me' classes offer a delightful bonding experience for parents and their little ones aged 4 months to 3 years. Together, you'll enjoy gentle movement, music, and sensory activities designed to stimulate development and encourage early connections in a fun, nurturing environment. Each week we go on fun filled adventures, with a theme change every other week to help the child learn new skills. There's bubbles, lights, puppets and themed toys to help bring the adventure to life... we can't wait to meet you!
