Hatha incorperates asanas yoga postures and pranayama breathing exercises which help bring peace to mind and body. Hatha prepares the body for a deeper spiritual practice such as meditation. Suitable for all abilities.
Circuit training comes in many shapes and sizes. The instructor decides on a number of different strength and/or cardio based exercises which are performed at different stations one after the other. Usual circuit training sessions will allow for a short rest period in between stations and a longer rest period before the whole circuit is repeated.
This is your Workout of the Day! An intense and dynamic group exercise class, specially chosen by our gym instructors. AMRAPs, EMOMs and Intervals will get your heart pumping and body sweating. Expect a mixture of bodyweight, dumbbells, barbell, kettlebell and cardio exercises.
Body Blast is a high intensity class that will ensure your entire body is taken through a thorough workout. This class is great if you would like to improve your stamina, strength and endure a high calorie burn!
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness.
LBT is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up thighs, bum and stomach. LBT is helpful if you want to lose weight or improve your fitness level. Exercises include squats, lunges, jogging on the spot, small weights and bodyweight, all to the beat of music
Zumba combines Latin and International music with dance. Routines incorporate interval training which alternate fast and slow rythms to help improve the cardio-vascular fitness.
This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
Indoor Cycling is perfect for those that want to build up their fitness level whilst minimising risk of injury. The class is performed on a stationary bike and focuses on working through endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery drills.
