Marlow Football Club
Marlow FC is the home of football in Marlow since 1870. Offering a pathway from our Saturday Club and Junior teams through to our under 18s and on to adult football with our Development, Reserves and First Team, who play in the Southern League Premier at Step 3. The club also runs FREE Wildcats sessions for girls starting out in football, and has dedicated girls teams for all ages.
Football Fitness Academy (FFA)
At FFA we are passionate about supporting players reach their optimal performance.
We are a Centre of Excellence who help inspire and enable our players to train different and understand the importance of developing strong, powerful and flexible muscles whilst maintaining a strong focus on football.
Our sessions will help players feel more energised and aware of their bodies to help prevent injuries and ensure elite match performance.
All our coaches are FA Qualified, at a minimum, and have studied Sports Conditioning at some point during their career.

What Does the Club Offer?
Four competitive teams – An adult team, two Under-18 teams and an Under-14 team.
Weekly training sessions – Led by qualified coaches in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Competitive matches – Opportunities to represent the club throughout the season.
Player development – A clear pathway for players to progress through the age groups and into higher teams.
Fun social events – Including Halloween and Christmas themed sessions and an annual Awards Night.

Man V Fat Football
MAN v FAT Football is an award-winning weight loss and wellbeing programme designed for men with a BMI of 27.5 or higher. Combining weekly football matches with weight loss support, health coaching and a friendly team environment, the programme helps participants improve their physical and mental wellbeing while making lasting lifestyle changes. Welcoming men of all football abilities, MAN v FAT Football offers a fantastic opportunity to lose weight, get active and become part of a supportive community.
