The Ageing Well Expo is a collaborative effort between Leisure Focus and Maidenhead United FC Community Trust, united by a shared mission to promote the holistic wellbeing of individuals aged 60 and above. This event aims to highlight a variety of services and activities that enhance the vitality and quality of life for our senior residents within the RBWM.

This FREE event is open to everyone! Whether you’re interested in health and wellness programs, social activities, or practical services, there will be something for everyone. Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to discover new ways to stay active, engaged, and well-supported in your golden years.

 

Key highlights include:

- Free health and wellness consultations: Get blood pressure and BMI checks from healthcare experts.

- Information stalls: Connect with local providers offering support on healthy ageing, fitness, community involvement, and more.

- Live demonstrations: Learn about physical activities, wellness techniques, and safety tips tailored for senior citizens.

- Free Health Assessments by seca Ltd: Experience the secaTRU’s advanced medically validated body composition data and state-of-the-art software. Free assessments, available on a first-come, first-served basis, will help attendees maintain a healthier lifestyle with easy-to-read cloud-based customisable analytics dashboards.

- Free Flu Vaccines will be available, offering attendees the opportunity to protect themselves during flu season.​

This year’s expo will also feature a special initiative to address digital inequalities. Three Discovery in partnership with Leisure Focus will offer free taster sessions for digital CPD training workshops to help attendees develop essential digital skills, navigate technology confidently, and utilise digital tools in their daily lives.
